At the request of our I;Zr. Armstrong who was in
Youngstown the other day ~s~e are r~a,iling you herewith three sets of
blue prints and specifications covering your additional requirements,
which we understand you desire for your court house.
ETr. Armstrong advised that you would send out two
of these sets and keep one set for yourself. He also requested us
to ask you to inform us just as soon as you had the other bids in
your possession and we t~JOUld then have bZr. Armstrong proceed at once
to Carlisle with our price and go into this matter with you.
