CONSTRUCTION
For Hot Water Heat the Flows and Returns to
be so arranged and sized as to insure equal and
free circulation to all radiators.
For Steam Heat the Radiators to be connected
as the above System ca~g for with one or two
pipes as designated and in such manner as to el-
iminate any cracking or snapping noises caused by
the condensation of steam.

All Radiators--Risers--and Pipes exposed in
rooms to be painted with Gold or Aluminum b~-enze
as the owner may select.
COVERING
A11 exposed Mains, Returns, Flows and Branches
in the Cellar to be covered with the style pipe
covering underscored below.
Asbestos Air Ce11_Ply-Asbestos Moulded-Wool Felt
Pipe Covering and the Boiler to be covered with
best Asbestos Cement, securely and smoothly
placed on the Boiler and around the Cast Iron
fittings.

CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS
Any alterations or deviations from the plans a-
greed upon which involve extra expense will be
subject to an additional charge.
TEMPORARY HEAT
If arly temporary heat is required involving the
labor of connecting the radiaton the second time
the sum of Dollars Cents shall be
allowed the Contractor for each Radiator so con-
nected and during such time as the plant may
be run temporarily for the mechanics or for
drying purposes, it will be at the risk of the
owner of the building who shall be responsible
for the proper care of the apparatus during the
time it is used and maintained in as good con-
dition as when taken for above named purpose.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING
0~r estimate for the capacity of the apparatus
requite to heat the said building and our speci-
fication and proposals are based upon dimensions
and plans o the building and information respect-
ing its construction received from you or your
representative. If:~it shall later be found that
such dimemsions, pia r informations are erron-
eous or if change ~\~~ia~=1.. be made in the plans of
the construction of the b~~lding, then so far as
such error or changes shall effect the efficency
of the Heating apparatus, the following guarantee
must be deemed cancaled and alter~~ions from the
plans agreed upon involving extra expense will be
subject to additional charge.
GUARANTEE z
When the apparatus herein proposed to be furn-
ished is completed in accordance with the condi-
tions herein, we guarantee that it shall be capa-
ble of warming all rooms mentioned on the sched-
ule to the temperature mentioned herein during
zero weather.
sENERALTIES
The entire work to be installed in a first
class manner and the details and specifications
followed as nearly as possible as building condi-
tions will allow.
NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
Upon notification that the work herein speci-
fied is complete, it shall be properly inspected
and accepted or rejected by owner, so that the
mechanics, while still on the premises, may with-
out delay complete it, or remedy any defect that
may appear, it being agreed that such acceptance
shall not be deemed a waiver or guarantee. If not
inspected immediately upon completion, the appar-
atus will be left in charge of the owner and re-
sponsibility for it rests in him. Failure to so
promptly inspect and accept or reject said work
shall be construed as an acceptance of said work
and shall entitle us to payment according to con-
tract.
PROPOSAL
We shall furnish all materials, tools and
labor as specified and furnish the apparatus com-
