RA.P. 1925 Guido, J., April , 2005 After a bench trial we found the Defendant guilty of violating Section 3802 (b) of the Vehicle Code. 1 On February 8,2005, the Defendant was sentenced to pay fines and to undergo imprisonment for the mandatory minimum of 48 hours. This timely appeal followed. The only errors alleged on appeal involve Judge Hoffer's denial of Defendant's Omnibus Pretrial Motion.2 The reasons for his decision are fully set forth in the Opinion accompanying his Order of November 17, 2004.
