said apprentice sufficient meat, drink, apparel, lodging and washing, and all other necessaries proper and conve-

or chargeable to the said County of Cumberland, or to inhabitants thereof, but from all charges concerning the
said apprentice, shall and will save the said County of Cumberland, and the inhabitants thereof, harmless and
