licensed physicians, licensed dentists, registered nurses, r~gis-
tered pharmacists, and hospital manager~~ prefE~rab_Ly througri the
County i~yiedic~~l. Association to assist in the formulation ~.nd
administration of the plan for county medical care.
3. The co.rimon aim shall be the provision of go~.~d medical s;rvicr~ .t

physician, nurse, dentist, pharmacist and ta_~payer.

6. Services shall be renderE:d on the basis of innividual and not
family needs.
7. Records of cases shall be filed by the attending physician with
bills for services. (Di.a noses and prognoses shall be considered

9. Provision foj approrrriations for medical carE: and medical supplies
shall be made in the annual budget of the County Institution
District.

persons subject to the approval of the Departm~:nt of VJcl.far2.
Changes in ti-~e administration and form of this plan may be made
from time to time subject to subsequent approval.
