On November 18, 2005, we sentenced the defendant in connection with the above
captioned charges. 1 She has filed a timely appeal in which she raises several allegations
of error by the Suppression Court. All of those issues were addressed by the Suppression
Court in the opinion which accompanied its order of September 29, 2004.

1 She had been convicted after a bench trial before the Honorable George E. Hoffer. However, we imposed
the sentence because Judge Hoffer was unavailable because of medical reasons.
