Inasmuch as all your powers as a Volunteer Police Officer have been revoked
and cancelled by the Governer, you -must surrender immediately your commission
card (Identification Card) by forwarding it to-
Governor's Office, Harrisburg, Pa.

VOLUNTEER POLICE OF'FICER'S APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT.
Your records should indicate that the Commission of the person named on the
