That I will as JUDGE, duly attend the ensuing election during the continuance thereof, and faithfully assist the Inspectors in carrying on
the same; that I will not give my consent that any vote or ticket shall be received from any person other than such as I firmly believe
to be, according to the provisions of the Constitution and the Laws of this Commonwealth, entitled to vote at such election, without re-
quiring such evidence of their right to vote as is directed by law ; and that I will use my best endeavors to prevent any fraud, deceit or
abuse, in carrying on the same, by citizens qualified to vote, or others ; and that I will make a true and perfect return of the said elec-
tion, and will in all things truly, impprtially and faithfully perform my duty respecting the same, to the best of my judgment and abilities,
