respectfully represents, That your petitioner is provided with the necessaries requisite for keeping
a House of Public Entertainment.
Your petitioner therefore humbly prays your Honours to recommend to the Governor,
so as he may receipe Licence for the Same for the ensuing year, and he as in duty bound,
will pray, 'c.
