Agreeably to an Act of Assembly, entitled "An Act relating to Reference and Arbitration," passed the 16th
day of June, 1836, all matters in variance in this suit between the parties, are referred to
as Arbitrators, who are to meet at the Arbitration Chamber, in the Court House, in the Borough of Carlisle, in
