Shugars, Rep. had seventy -two votes (72 C. S. Shives, Rep. had seventy -nine votes (79 G. H. Smith, Dem. had forty votes (LFO Walter Ellwein, Dem. had sixty -one votes (61 JUSTICE OF THE PEACE William R. Martin, Rep. had eighty -one votes William R.
