Section 1 expressed the desire of the Board of School 'firectors to rake the increase of debt for the purposes set forth in the preamble. Section 2 provided for an olection for the .purpose of obtaininc the assent of the electors on March 15, 1949. Section 3 authorized the riving of the required notice of such election. Section 4 set forth the form of question to be ; ubrxitted to the electors.
