respectfully represents, That your petitioner is provided with the necessaries requisite for keeping
a House of Public Entertainment.
Your petitioner therefore humbly prays your Honours to recommend h to the Governor,
so as he may receive Licence for the same for the ensuing year, and he as in duty bound,
