To the Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Cumberland county, Pennsylvania,
It is hereby ordered, that you issue a writ of Venire Facias Jurators, to the Sheriff and Com-
missioners of said county to einpannel, and the said Sheriff to summon a Grand and Petit Jury
to inquire and. try all causes and matters which may be depending in the Court of Quarter Ses-
sions of the Peace of said county at the Term thereof to be holden on the eel-GI/4 Monday,
being the ace n tz f t day of u 185 F . And that the number of Grand
Jurors shall be twenty -four, and the number of Petit Jurors shall be forty - eight, and one and the
same ])angel of Jurors as shall be empannelled and summoned in the Court of Oyer, and Ter-
miner and General Jail Delivery of said Term. .
