To the Cleric of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Cumberland county, Pennsylvania:
It is hereby ordered, that you issue a writ of Venire Facias Jurators, to the Sheriff and Com-
missioners of said county to empanel, and the said Sheriff to summon a Grand and Petit Jury
to inquire and try all causes and matters which may be depending in the Court of Quarter Ses-
sions of the Peace of said county at the Thin thereof to be holden on the /herin r(o Monday, .

Jurors shall be twenty-four, and the number of Petit Jurors shall be forty- eight, and one and the

draw from the Wheel containing the names of the persons selected
for Jurors according to law, the names of twe ty -four persons to be
