To the Cleric of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Cumberlancd county, Pennsylvania:
It is hereby ordered, that you issue a writ of Venire Facias Jurators, to the Sheriff and Com-
missioners of said county to empannel, and the said Sheriff to summon a Grand and Petit Jury
to inquire and try all causes and matters which may be depending in the Court of Quarter Ses-
sions of the Peace of said coumty at the Term thereof to be holden on the el-Pee-7i oL Monday,
being the / . e l i - i day of 1854. ' An that t is number of Grand
Jurors shall be twenty-four, and the-number of Petit Jurors shall be ftzt 4, 411, and one and the
same pannel of Jurors as shall be empannelled and summoned in the Court of Oyer and Ter -
miner and General Jail Delivery of said Term.
