To the Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Cumberland county. Pennsylvania:
It is hereby ordered, that you issue a writ of Venire Facial Jurators, to th.e Sheriff and Com-
missioners of said county to empannel, and the said Sheriff to summon a Grand and Petit Jury-
to inquire and try all causes and matters which may be depending in the Court of Quarter Ses-
sions of the Peace of said county at the / erm thereof to be holden on the �� °� Monday,
being the V;e a day of oyi'✓l e 185 - And that the number of Grand
• Jurors shall be twenty -four, and the number of Petit Jurors shall be forty - eight, and one and the
same pannel of Jurors as shall be empannelled aitd summoned in the Court of Oyer and Ter -
miner and General Jail Delivery of said Term.
