- To the Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the, Peace of Cumberland county, Pennsylvania:
It is hereby ordered, that you issue a writ of Venire Facias Jurators, to the Sheriff and Com-
missioners of said county to empannel, and the said Sheriff to summon a Grand and Petit Jury
to inquire and try all causes and matters which may be depending in the Court of Quarter Ses-
sious of the Peace of said county at the Term thereof to be holden on the Monday,
being the day G�'
d of 185 - And that the number of Grand
Jurors shall be twenty -four, and the number of Petit Jurors shall be forty - eight, and one and the
same pannel of Jurors as shall be empannelled and summoned in the Court of Oyer and Ter -
miner and General Jail Delivery of said Term.
