To the Clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Pecrr of Cumberland Could! 1. Pennsylvania:
It is hereby ordered, that you issue a writ of Venire Facias Jurators to the Sheriff and Jury Commission-
ers of said county to empannel, and the said Sheriff to summon a Grand and Petit Jury to inquire and try all causes
and matters which may be depending in the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of said county at the
Term thereof to be holden on the L Monday, being the 6
day of , i8/ . And that the number of Grand Jurors shall be
twenty-four, and the number of Petit Jurors shall be forty- eight, and one and the same pannel of Jurors as
shall be empannelled and summoned in the Court of Oyer and Terminer and General Jail Delivery of said
