the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars
lawful money of the United States to be paid to the said Commonwealth
for the use of the County of Cumberland to which payment well and tru-
ly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs,executors,administrators
jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals
dated day of December A.D.±22 One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eigh
ty Seven.
WHEREAS: the above bounden Samuel Zug has been duly elected one of the
Commissioners of the said County for the term of three years to wit:
from the first Monday in January 1£333 untill the first Monday in Jan-
uary 1891.
NOW the condition of this obligation are such that if the said Samuel
Zu €hall and do from time to time and at all times during his contin-
uance in said Office faithfully discharge all duties enjoined upon him
as such Commissioner by law and shall and do faithi'llr' and 4e.g;,lly
appropriate all County and other moneys hi'ch the Commissioners of said
County have authority to draw out the County Treasury upon

check or order given by them or over which they have eo xtro1 pursuant
to the provisions of the Acts of Assembly of the 24th,day of Ma \1373.
