Trust Company of Baltimore City, Maryland, are held and firnly hoitnd
unto the Collmonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the use of the County of
Cumberland, in the sin of Two Thousand. Dollars, lawful stoney of the
United States of America, to be paid to the s;:id CorTnonweal *_.h of
Pennsylvania, for the use of the County of Cumberland, to w7 pay-
ment well and truly to be made we do bind ourselves, our heirs, execu-
tors and administrators, and every of them, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals and dated the fifteenth day of December, A. D.

at the General Election held on Tuesday after the first Monday of

County has any authority to draw out of the County Treasury upon

the Seal affixed to the preceding instrument is the Corporate Seal of said Company, and that the said Cor-
