KNOW ALL M1IN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, ' �` , •

Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, are held and firmly bound unto the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the use of the County of Cumberland, in
the sum of Two Thousand Dollars, lawful money of the United States of
, America, to be paid to the said Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the use
of the County of Cumberland, to which payment well and truly to be made
we do bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, and every
of them, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated the

Whereas the above bounden -(' g --y -- 77, has been
duly elected to the office of COUNTY CO1v1DfESSONER in and for the County
of Cumberland, at the General Election held on Tuesday after the first
Monday of November, A.D. 1894 in accordance with the law.
Now the condition of his obligation is such that if the above
bounden j ee:; it t— ) shall faithfully discharge all duties
ri
enjoined upon him by law and faithfully and legally appropriate all Coun-
ty and other moneys which he as one of the Commissioners of the said
County has any authority to draw out of the County Treasury upon checks
or orders given by the said Commissioners or over which they have control
then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full
force and virtue.
