190 4 before me the subscriber, a Commissioner for the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, residing in the City of Baltimore, personally came H. V. D�
Johns, 2nd — lust. Secretary of the United States Fidelity and Guaranty
Company, he being one of the subscribing witnesses to the sealing and
delivery of the foregoing instrument, who being duly sworn did depose
and say, that the seal affixed to the said instrument is the common or
corporate seal of said corporation, and that the same was so afliasd,
and the said instrument was delivered by Edr.J.Pefrlirlan, 2nd President
of said Corporation as and for the act and deed of the said corporation
in pursuance of the power and auth iit in them vested and that the name
of the said Edw.J Penniman, 2nd President, and of the deponent there-
