State aforesaid,
of the other part,
Whereas, the said — Martin ,A. Brinton -
in and by his Obligation —or Writing —obligatory under —r'l s —;Land
and seab--duly executed, bearing even date herewith, stand s bound
unto the said --,L. S. Sadler , in the sum of
Fifteen Thousand. ($15,000. ) Dollars . lawful money of the
United States of America, conditioned for the payment of the just sum of
Seven Thousand. Five Hundred. ($7,500. ) Dollars lawful money as aforesaid,
on the First day of April, A. D. 1907, together with interest thereon
at the rate of Five (50) per cent per annum, payable annually on the
First day of April of each and every year from the date hereof.

administrators or assigns, for maintaining
an insurance against loss or damage by fire, to an amount not exceeding -

without any fraud or further delay; and for the production to the said
L. S. Sadler, his executors, administrators

of receipts for all taxes of the current year assessed upon the mortgaged premises.
Vrovibeb, however, and it is thereby expressly agreed, that if at any time default
shall be made in the payment of any installment of interest
for the space of thirty days after

of such receipts for such taxes of the current year upon the premises mortgaged, then

may be enforced and recovered at once, any thing therein contained to the contrary

agreed, that if at any time thereafter, by reason of any default in payment, either of
said principal sum at maturity or of
said interest, or of premiums of insurance, or in production of said receipts for taxes
within the time specified, a Writ of Fieri 1 acias is properly issued upon the judgment
obtained upon said Obligation, or by virtue of said Warrant of Attorney, or a Writ of
Scire Facias is properly issued upon this Indenture of Mortgage, an attorney's com-
mission for collection, viz.: - -fi v e _per cent. shall be payable, and shall be recovered
in, addition to all principal, interest and premiums of insurance then due, besides
costs of suit, as in and by the said above recited Obligation and the con-
dition thereof, relation being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear.

and for the better securing the payment of the same, with interest, unto the said

Obligation as for and in consideration of the further sum of One Dollar unto him
in hand well and truly paid by the said L. S. Sadler
at and before the sealing and delivery (hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, — has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed,
released and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto the said --L. S. Sadler, his
executors, administrators — and .4ssigns,All that certain tract of
land, situate, lying and being partly in the Borough of Camp Hill
and partly in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyl-
vania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
On the East by the Road leading from the Harrisburg 8. Chambersburg
Turnpike to Oyster's Mill, on the South by the Harrisburg Knd
Chambersburg Turnpike, on the West by lands of Mary Kebaugh, and
on the North by lands of Emanuel Hoopey. Said tract of land has
thereon erected a 2 -1/2 story brick dwelling house, bank barn and
necessary outbuildings. It being the same tract of land which
Elizabeth Bretz, widow, by her deed dated the day of March,
A. D. 1906 conveyed to Martin A. Brinton, mortgagor herein. Said
deed is recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland
County in Record Book Vol. page

together with, all and singula
ways, waters, water- courses, rights, liberties, privileges,
improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoeverthereun to belonging, or
in, any wise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof
to have aub to bola the said tract of land, with improvements,
hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or mentioned
and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said

I. r vibco alwav3, nevertheless, that if the said Martin A. Frinton, his
__executors, administrators or
.flssigns, do and shall well and truly pay, or cause. to be paid, unto the said
L. S. Sadler, his executors, administrators
or .4ssigns, the aforesaid debt or SUM SUM ofseven Thousand
Five Hundred (V7, 500.) Dollars - on the day and
time hereinbefore mentioned and app ointed for paynnent of the same, together with
interest and premiums of insurance as aforesaid, and shall produce to the said
--L. S. Sadler, his executors, administrators or
./Issigns, on or before the First dcry of _April of each and every
year, receipts for all taxes of the current year assessed upon the mortgaged premises,
without any fraud or further delay, and without any deduction, defalcation, or
abatement to be made of any thing, for or in respect of any taxes, charges or assess -
ments - whatsoever, that then, and from thenceforth, as well this present 1nbenture,
and the estate hereby granted, as the said above recited Obligation
shall cease, determine and become void, anything hereinbefore contained to the con-
trary thereof in any wise notwithstanding.
J rontbeb furtber, in case of default in the payment of any installment of
interest as aforesaid, or in the payment of any premium of insurance
as aforesaid, - or in case there
shall be default in production to the said—L. S. Sadler, his executors,
administrators or.flssigns, on or before the
- -First day of April of each and every year, of such receipts
for such taxes of the current year assessed upon the mortgaged premises, that there-
upon it shall be lawful for the said L. S. Sadler, his executors, adminis-
. trat ors or 4ssigns, to sue out forthwith a Writ of Scire Facial
upon this present Identure of .Mortgage, and to proceed at once thereon to recover the
principal moneys hereby secured, ^
and all interest or premiums of insurance due thereon, together with an attorney's
commission for collection, viz.: ` -der cent., besides costs of suit, without further
stay, any law or usage, to the contrary notwithstanding.
