ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this t~daY of August, 1995, upon consideration of
Robert G. Augustin's Petition To Revoke Letters of Administration
and Probate Will, as well as a careful review of the record in the
matter, and it appearing that the record is lacking evidence to
reflect that proper notice of the Petition and Rule issued thereon
has been provided to interested parties Edward B. Augustin and
Sharon K. Richter, the Petition will not be granted at this time
and Petitioner is requested to proceed with serVice of said notice
in accordance with the procedures set forth in Orphans' Court Rules
3.5, 5.1 and 5.4 of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and of the Ninth
Judicial District.
