That T James T. Dunfee Recorder of Deeds and Clerk of
the Courts of Oyer ana Terminer,General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace and Orphans Court in and for said County of Cumberland Penna.
have made constituted and appointed and by these presents do make
constitute and appoint John S. Weaver of Mechanicsburg Pa to be my
deputy and Attorney in fact to transttt and perform all and singu-
lar the official duties which now devolve upon me appertaining to
the above named offices hereby authorizing and empowering him my
said deputy and Attorney in fact to do and perform all and singular
every act and thing necessary to be done by me in the aforesaid
offices according to law in as full and ample a manner as I myself
could or might do the same.
