DEPUTATION.
K1TOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Dr. M. M. Dougherty, Record-
er of Deeds and Clerk of the Courts of Oyer and Terminer, General Jail
Delivery,Quar•ter sessions of the Peace and the Orphans' Court in and for
the County of Cumberland, Stata of Pennsylvania, have made, constituted
and appointed, and by these presents, do snake, constitute and appoint
W. A. LEPPERD to be my Deputy and Attorney -in -fact, to transact and per-
form all and singular the official duties which now devolve upon me
appertaining to the abo •renamed offices, hereby authorizing and empower-
ing him, my said Deputy and Attorney -in -fact to do and perform all and
singular every act and thing necessary to be done by me in the afore-
said offices according to law in as full and ample a manner as I myself
might or could do the same.
